🎓 Introduction

Indian Institute of Technology Patna is delighted to start industry demand driven new academic programs in computer science and business management streams, keeping in mind the employability skills needed by the industry, job market, and prospective employers. The curriculum and course structure of each program is at par with the globally accepted credit framework with focus on “hands-on training” and “transformative pedagogy” envisioned in the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) implemented by the Government of India.

Program structure is flexible, modular, and suitable equally for both regular students and working professionals. The two new modular UG programs of 3-year duration, starting from academic year 2023-24, are open for eligible candidates seeking a career built on cutting-edge curricula compliant with NEP-2020.

Admission is invited round the year for the July (Autumn) and January (Spring) semesters. The modular pathway—approved by IIT Patna Senate—leads to certificates, diplomas, and degrees with employability skills at each level.
